Barnes Rural Water District has partnered with a new credit card processing company called Nexbillpay to be able to offer our customers more payment options for paying your water bill. 

You can still click on the green Pay Your Bill Now button on the Bill Payment tab and it will prompt you to sign up for a new account.  Once you have completed the sign up you can link your Water Bill Account and will be able to pay with a credit/debit card or bank account.  Fees will still apply at 2.75% or $2.75 minimum for credit card payments and $1.50 for E-Checks. 

You will now have the ability to set up auto-pay using your credit card.  (If you are wanting to set up auto-pay using your bank account please contact us as we do offer free auto-pay once a month in office)  You will also be able to track your billing and payment history. 

We now have auto-mated phone payment options too!  You can call 888-401-3233 and pay your water bill 24hrs a day.  Using this option will store your bank account or credit card information for quick and easy future payments.

Another new payment option being offered is Text 2 Pay.  With this you will receive a text message with the bill amount.  You will be able to pay using your stored preferred payment method by replying to the text with the word ALL.  No need to log in or open any browsers to pay your bill!

Also, starting in August you will be able to sign up for email billing!  Please contact the office at 701-845-1117 or sign up through your new account online.
