New Service/Transfer Request

New Water Service:  You must make an appointment to meet with Perry (manager) to ensure that we can adquately serve you.

Ownership Transfer User:  You can call or stop by our office and complete a Water User Agreement and Information form. 

Tenant/Renter Transfer User:  You must call or stop by our office and complete a Water User Agreement and Information form.  We do require a $150 Security Deposit.
